Meet Sarah
I'm a neurodiverse woman with Dyslexia & ADHD,
an Executive Function Coach since 2020,

with a Master's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies
and Graduate Certificate in Cognitive Science,

with a background in multi-modal teaching
of Emotional Intelligence.

My strategies are based in up-to-date research in the fields of cognition, learning, and neurodiversity. My empathy comes from my own experience.

The school experience is designed for one type of thinker. I was not that type.
In school, I felt simultaneously smart and dumb. It was confusing. As many students do, I taught myself a lot of coping strategies that serve me to this day, but it was a struggle.

Now I know my experience has a name - neurodiversity. It comes with great advantages and great challenges. Now using my background in Cognitive Science and Emotional Intelligence, I partner with people to help them understand their own brains and help them navigate being a round-peg-thinker in a square-hole-world.

Many adults have struggled with Executive Function without even realizing it. Neurodiversity tends to be genetic. After working successfully with their teens, I began to get requests for coaching from parents, who faced similar challenges with Executive Function in their work and family lives. Now I coach both teens and adults to harness their strengths in a relaxed, flexible environment.

I love audiobooks and hiking. I have 3 children, 2 dogs, a coaching business, and speaking engagements on executive function. So I have plenty of opportunities to try out EF strategies myself!

I’m happy to talk with you about your specific situation.
Thanks for stopping by!
Sarah
